Abstract
This study aims to develop and quantitatively test a mental health care model for Vietnamese workers based on the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI). Data was collected from 350 workers in industrial parks, export processing zones, and manufacturing plants in Vietnam through a quantitative questionnaire designed using a 5-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 software. The results show that workers are facing high levels of occupational stress (mean = 3.84-4.05), while access to mental health support services is limited.
The readiness to apply digital technology and AI to mental health care is above average (mean = 3.79-3.87). The proposed model integrates four components: mental health screening through AI, online counseling, continuous monitoring, and community support connections. This research provides a crucial scientific basis for developing appropriate mental health policies for workers in the digital age.
