Abstract
In the context of advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), digital collaboration platforms play a critical role in connecting multi-sector stakeholders. This study examines the effectiveness of such platforms through a survey of 312 organizations across public, private, and non-profit sectors in five developing countries. The results indicate that 68.4% of organizations experienced significant improvements in data sharing, while 54.7% reported enhanced cross-sector coordination.
Linear regression analysis reveals that multi-stakeholder governance (β = 0.42; p < 0.01) and data transparency (β = 0.37; p < 0.05) positively influence SDG partnership effectiveness. However, lack of data standardization and trust mechanisms remains a key barrier, with 61.2% of respondents reporting integration challenges. The study proposes an integrated governance framework to improve the performance of digital collaboration platforms, thereby strengthening SDG partnerships toward greater sustainability and transparency.
